Walking & Balance Concentration

Have you ever tried buying your kid an expensive gift in hopes of it keeping their attention or, at the very least, have them play with it more than once? I have made the mistake of doing that before. It is usually simple things that keep the attention of children. I know when I was little, I was more interested in the box the gift actually came in than the actual toy. I purchased these columns for my son to help with his balance and concentration. They are detachable and stackable (they don't take up much room when you have to store them). I am able to change the shape of how they are organized and the "path" he would walk when he gets on them. It reminds me of when I was younger and I would walk down the street and hop on the curb to balance myself while walking. I would definitely use these if I could, but can't because they do have a weight limit.
